Greenbriar Apartments was clean. Michael was very nice, very, very helpful, and was very kind in listening to me even after I said how my mom was on a Section 8 program. He even helped me with checking into some possibilities of other resources that could help her. So, I couldn't say better things about the staff. They're very friendly and very nice, but the facility itself just needed a little more TLC. The inside and outside were clean but were very dated. It needed to be freshened up.

Are rude to residents who have cognitive issues. Not checking on residents when they do not come out for meals. Leave medications on an open wooden shelf outside a room with no one nearby. Not many options to food choices during meals. Worse place to place a loved member of your family
