Artisan at Baraboo is pretty old and in fair condition. The meals look pretty good, and they fix them fresh very day at every meal. It's supposed to be memory care, but they don't do any for the people. The people themselves do card games or watch TV. They also said they're supposed to be getting somebody to do activities. They need more staff, and they need more activities.
