They didn't have rooms available that had a bathroom in them. It wasn't anything about the place, but whether it matched what we were looking for and that wasn't right for my mom. Mom would have liked her own bathroom, but the staff was very friendly, pretty thorough, answered all the questions, and provided brochures and stuff as well, not only for their facility but for other support systems in the area. So, that was very good.
