Been here 4 weeks. 3/4 of staff are great. Occupational and Physical Therapy personnel and shower girl very good. 1 bad apple in physical Therapy. Many mix ups on medications. Fell out of wheel chair once due to staff error. Failed to be served any meal twice. Poor response to call for assistance 50% of time. Staff responsive to complaints after the fact. Do not go there without strong advocate. Much room for improvement.
