I would have loved to known about the Day Care earlier in mom's disease process. They work so hard with their clients. Mom recently started there in November 2011 and in her advanced stage of Alzheimers I can tell a difference in her on the one day a week that she attends. They have different activities all day, Some of these include music, pet, physical, occupational therapy. Moms favorite activity is baking cookies and painting. She always tells everyone she loves them before she leaves. They deserve a BIG high five! Awesome! If I won this gift I think I would go see a movie and have a quiet lunch.
