Sycamore Creek Ranch-Cypresswood was very nice. I would have been very comfortable putting Mom there, and that's not far away. By the time that I was there, just touring it and talking to people, everything seemed nice. The residents seemed very happy. The person who gave me the tour was very informative. Everybody else, when we passed them in the hall, spoke and was friendly. So, the staff seemed fine and everybody seemed to engage with the residents, which I thought was a good sign.

Sycamore Creek Ranch-Cypresswood is very clean, and it was a nice facility, but it's just not what I need for my husband. I think there's only fourteen residents, and they had one room available at that time. Most of the people there were so far advanced in their decline that I don't feel like I wanna put my husband in that kind of situation. But it was very nice, and they were cooking lunch. I could smell it. It's like a big house, and the rooms go around the great room area. The rooms were nice. They told me one of the residents is the mother or mother-in-law of the owner.

My dad lived here for 2 years before he passed away of liver failure. He wasn’t there for memory care, but for the level of care available. He loved the home atmosphere and the home-cooked food. I’d recommend Sycamore Creek Ranch in a heartbeat!

My mother was in Sycamore Creek Ranch and I have nothing to say but wonderful things about the facility. The staff was very caring and went out of their way to make my mother feel comfortable. They worked with me in many ways to help my mother's anxieties until we found the right combination. The facility was very clean and the food was liked by the patients. I think my mother's favorite thing was the outdoor patio and walkway, we travelled the walkway hundreds of times.

I have given SCR an excellent across the board. Ted (owner) his mother and wife were present a fair amount of the time and always approachable. The Staff was always friendly, careful and gentle with our sweet mom and extremely respectable. The facility was gorgeous when mom moved in and probably could have been maintained a bit better...but still clean. The price is absolutely fair compared to other facilities. We were always welcome to come in and stay as long as we wanted. They had lovely Christmas Parties and the extended families were always included. My mother passed while living at SCR and she received excellent care prior to her passing and during her passing. I would highly recommend SCR.

Both my Mother and Father were residents at Sycamore. The atmosphere and care were above any they could have received anywhere else. They treat each resident with kindness and compassion.
