This is the worst Adult Day Care we have had experienced. The owner uses fowl language towards the clients and yells at them. They serve tuna sandwiches 2 days in a row or serve them cold food. When they have an activity and a client wins a prize, the owner will shove the prize to certain clients and will be polite only who she feels like being polite to. They allow their clients to gossip and make fun of others and do not address this with them, so some clients are continuously being harassed not only by other clients but by the owner as well. The owner never takes action to investigate or correct problems that are addressed to her. She continues to ignore addressed problems. NOW, she has told all the clients that they MUST ALL bring their own toilet paper and paper towels. This is totally unacceptable since they get funded/paid very well and everything should be provided for the clients. Facility isn’t very clean and they have a dangerous ramp outside WITHOUT rails and a couple of clients ha e already fallen. Please DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility! Very dissatisfied with the owner and facility

My mother attended Alamocare. Regarding the staff, they're very caring because they really treated the client with a lot of dignity and respect, but the atmosphere was not helping my mom. Her neurologist told me that was not really the place for her. They're doing the best that they can, e.g., they offered transportation, but they were not a place that would meet my mother's needs. Also, the environment could be more inviting.
