Horrible administration facility staff are slow and very unprofessional, corrupt, rude , and the therapy is a complete joke patients rooms are old and out of date

The facility is infested with black mold and families where never informed about it

My father needs 24-hour assistance or regular care. He really enjoys the rehab therapists at McAllen Nursing. They're all excellent. The CNAs and some of the nurses are very good, very caring, and nurturing people. The rooms are a little small, so there isn't a lot of room for basic things. He has a roommate, which is OK because he keeps him company. They need to have a place where he can go by himself for a while. It is a very old place. Considering what they have to work with, it is well maintained and clean.
