The care the staff has given my Mother has been excellent.The rooms are always nice and clean.She seems to enjoy the food.We feel very blessed to have such a great team taking care of her.Thanks for all you do!

I stayed at the Colonial Nursing Center for a month. It was a wonderful place. I did not have any complaints. They treated me like family. Everything was perfect. The place was old, but it was neat and clean. My room was an old room. It was tiny, but it was homey. They kept it very clean. Considering everybody has to be on a different diet, the food was pretty good. They had a good variety of food. Some were very good, and some were not so good. They had bingo, movies, and crafts. They would take you to your doctor's appointments. We were busy all the time I was there.

Colonial Nursing Center in Lindale, Texas is a rather small nursing home in a growing community. I have visited this nursing home approximately 25 times in the past three years. During my visits I found staff members to be friendly and helpful. Administrative staff were accessibile and willing to answer my questions. The facility appeared clean and well run. The nursing home provides a wide variety of fun actvities for residents and travel events for those that want to get out for a while. Moreover, Colonial Lindale appears to have less staff turnover than many nursing homes. I regularly saw the same staff there each time I visited. I would have rated this nursing home a "five out of five" but it is not the nicest looking nursing home. Considering quality of care is what is most important this is really minor. That being said I would definately trust Colonial Lindale with caring for my loved one. It is a nice option if you live outside of Tyler.
