this is the perfect place for my mother. she has some dimentia and the staff are very patient and loving to her. in this time of "quarentine" they send pictures and videos as well as Facetime. she has been there about 5 years and i couldnt be more pleased. Tonya and her staff are excellant and i would recommend this facility to anyone.

I recently visited my cousin there one weekend. I was very impressed with the staff. My cousin had a call button that she wore and the staff came to answer it as soon as she pushed it. The building felt very home like quite not a lot of noise. The staff offered me a glass of tea and a slice of cake while i was in the lobby waiting to rejoin my cousin in her room. All in all i was very impressed.

She's in Trinity. I liked that it's small, and it's very nice. It's very clean, but they don't have enough staff to take care of the people, and we're pretty upset. One person does everything, and they just can't do it. The director is very nice and has been very good in talking to me and making sure things don't happen again.

Trinity Assisted Living of Jacksonville was good. It's small, but the food was not good. They don't have a level of care that was adequate for my mother, but the people were nice. It was very homey and very friendly. The kitchen, the living area, and the dining room all come together in one huge room. The apartments were efficiency, with a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a TV-watching area.
