Breakfast is to order be it pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits, cereal, waffles,etc. Lunch and dinner are set menus, Lots of variety (5 cycle menu), we meet with the residents regularly for their input into the menus and recipes. An alternate menu is available for lunch and dinner.

Facebook for social interaction and activities. Any health changes, falls or injuries are reported to the family immediately. We conduct annual assessments and/or as needed and then call the family representative to come in and attend a Plan of Care meeting with the clinical staff to review the assessment and any changes in their care.

We do not provide such. This is not a "lock down" memory care community. Nor do we provide a wander guard systems. Any prospective residents with wandering symptoms or a history are not allowed. Any resident that attempts to elope is discharged.
