My mom is in Morning Pointe of Spring Hill. They are well-staffed. Plus, the staff are very good at working with the residents. They are very attentive, caring, and patient. The place is always clean. They have church services. They also have bingo, exercise classes, and outings. They have multiple options for their room, and they're spacious.
About Morning Pointe of Spring Hill in Spring Hill, Tennessee
When families in Spring Hill start searching for assisted living, they are usually not looking for a facility. They are looking for a place that feels right — where a parent or spouse can get the help they need, stay close to home, and still feel like themselves. Morning Pointe of Spring Hill is located in Spring Hill, near the Thompson's Station community, Heritage Middle School, and the growing Spring Hill retail and residential corridor — convenient for families throughout Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Columbia, Brentwood, and fast-growing Williamson and Maury counties. We are a single-story, home-like community — and that matters more than it might first seem. No elevators. No stairs. No long institutional hallways. Just warm, accessible living where help is always close by. At Morning Pointe of Spring Hill, residents enjoy the comfort of their own private space, the flexibility to maintain their routines, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing support is always available. Licensed nurses are available on campus around the clock, with 24-hour access to personalized care services, medication management, and pharmacist-led medication reviews. Daily programming is built around who each resident is — including life enrichment activities, restaurant-style dining with specially prepared meals, and our Meaningful Day™ programming approach. We offer exercise classes, physical activities, live entertainment, and organized group outings. Your social calendar and exercise schedule can be as busy or as laid back as you'd like. And if memory care becomes a need down the road, The Lantern at Morning Pointe Spring Hill is right next door on the same campus — same familiar faces, no starting over. Founded in 1997 and locally led for nearly 30 years, Morning Pointe Senior Living manages and operates more than 40 assisted living and memory care communities across the Southeast — including right here in Spring Hill.

My sister and her husband moved to Morning Pointe of Spring Hill (TN) just over a year ago. The facility is spacious, bright, and clean. The staff are wonderful and truly care about the residents. The 2 bedroom had been wonderful; the family uses one as a bedroom and the other as a living room. This allows space for the living area to accommodate a table and chairs. The food!!! Oh my, it is delicious and served in the manner if a top notch restaurant. I emulated all options as a 5, because they are!

What I didn't like about Morning Pointe of Spring Hill was the lack of availability for two bedrooms. What I liked the best about the place was the staff, the people, and the home-like environment. They were kind, personable, welcoming, and resourceful. They offer activities. They have courtyards that are indoor and outdoors, laundry facilities, and transportation to and from doctor's appointments. It's a small community, but they have a lot of amenities. I would rate their amenities a 4 and a 5 for their facilities because some things you have to pay for are not included.

We are moving my mother-in-law to Morning Pointe of Spring Hill tomorrow. She will be moving into their Alzheimer's care unit called The Lantern. The tour we had there was excellent, and I was very impressed with the staff. I think it's going to be great for her. During the tour, we had some of their muffins; they were great. I like their rooms. They were good-sized rooms. The price was quite reasonable for what we needed too. They have this hallway called Main Street that is set up as a small town with little shops and stuff in it. They're not really selling stuff, but it's to give people a home atmosphere. I think that's going to be fun.

My mother is staying at Morning Pointe of Spring Hill. The staff is nice, but they changed a lot and it's not their fault. The food is not good. It's a new facility, only 3 years old, so it looks new and pretty, and they keep it up. They have a game room for them to play cards, a piano, a flower garden where they can work in if they want, a big patio for them to sit outside, and a little trail if they want to walk. The layout is accessible for them and it isn't a maze. Wherever they went, whichever they turn, they could find their way to the lobby where they needed to go. It isn't confusing. They do crafts, they play games like bingo, and they do special days like the holidays, they'll have something fun, they will get them involved in the community like fixing up bags and donations and Trick or Treat candy bags for Halloween. They used to take them on the bus for drives to get ice cream and shopping to Target. I haven't been there due to Covid. They wouldn't let anybody in. Some of the staff is rude with us moving her out. She doesn't like the food.
