The staff are so wonderful. The very 1st day the aide Sarah and Ronda was extraordinary. Superior, excellent service. Ms. Chelly was magnificent with my aunt. She is the skin care or wound nurse. Very professional. Latrica the speech Therapist, So many others are wonderful. I can't say enough. The Therapist really put in hard work. They generally care about what they are doing. You can see there passion.

NHC Healthcare, Somerville is an older place, it's not up-to-date, but it was wonderful. My husband was there up until the middle of September. It was very good. What I liked best was the staff and the way they handled everything. What I liked probably the least is that there wasn't enough staff. Of course, with everybody right now, there wasn't enough help. They needed more help at the time, but the whole situation there was really good. The food probably was not as good. He didn't love the food all the time. The facility was good. It's an older facility; it's not brand new. The cleanliness was very good. There was no smell to it. It was very clean. They were very conscientious about cleanliness, so that was good.

My mother is in a nursing home at NHC Healthcare. She has been there for the last four years. The facility looks clean to me. We chose this because we are familiar with it and it is close to our children's homes, so we can go visit her easier. The rooms are nice. They provided TV in all the rooms. The staff is all nice and friendly.

I live in Collierville. We needed to move mom closer to me. She's been in a nursing home in MS, my home town, prior to moving here in NCH. I just visited mom today and she looks 110% better. So far she loves the new place. I think it reminds her of college days. The staff has been wonderful and prompt to any concerns I have had. Mom even told me she doesn't remember her old house and never wants to go back there! They were just wonderful and helpful to us and I could not have asked for anything more to be done. I would definitely recommend NCH to others.

My grandmother was a resident of this nursing facility for over four months after an extended stay in the hospital. Right away my grandmother was embraced ad treated with dignity, respect and unfailing kindness. They made a very bad situation better by acting in a professional manner but acting as if she was a treasured member of their family. My grandmother is a very picky eater an we were worried that that she would have a hard time being able to find good food, after all hospital food is normally terrible. She actually gained 5 much needed lbs and started to look better then ever. She needed physical therapy extensively and could not stop raving about how kind they treated her, she had someone that encouraged her, challenged her, and helped her gain back her independence. All of the staff made she she was never unhappy or uncomfortable even with the therapy they monitored her pain level to make sure she was alright.
