When u first go into the facility you think how nice.... but did you go into the other part that stays locked with patients you'll see a difference. Not so great!!!! Some of the residents meals were very nasty looking....I've seen some sitting in their feces and urine. I've seen the staff make people go and stay in their rooms after they eat that is if they get them up to eat, which I've observed numerous times. Very sad. They cut the lights off in most areas majority of the time and only light they got was mainly from the windows . I've seen them yell at residents. One particular person fell so much in her short stay of 2 1/2 months They had to put her in the hospital for two weeks. Doctor said she had a cracked back, slight concussion and dehydration. She got pneumonia later. I would have removed her from the facility but I had no power over it...somebody else did!!She stayed black and blue...i witnessed this and saw her bruises She told me many times I hope nobody goes thur the Hell I've been thur here at this place!! The day she died she had also fell that morning and the day before.... she had massive blue spots all over her sides of her face. when shed want to go to the bathroom they would only take her at their convenience the last day I was there visiting I told them she had to go to bathroom and was not acting like her self. The nurses response was we will do our rounds in two hours! I said she's got to go!! The staff sits at a table in the dining area for hour or so then go check on patients and get them to the table for their next meal then back to their rooms or chairs. I've witnessed that many times. When they finally took her to the bathroom I had to run fast to help catch my mom.... she was falling.... she screamed oh....she died with me holding onto her. Even sadder instead of putting her in her bed while her body was shutting down. They put her in a recliner where the residents watch TV and she died in their present!! I personally would never ever suggest this place to anyone. There was one super nice nurse that u can tell cared for them. But in regards to the majority of the rest of the staff I give them no rating. The reason I know all this is because that lady was my mom!!! Never look at a facility and say how nice....you only see the inside of it... not what is really going on in it!!!!

The layout of Webb House Retirement Center was nicer than the other I visited. It was newer. We actually knew people who lived there. It thought it was more wide open, which I thought some people might like. People there could have their own private terraces or screened-in porches to make it a little homey feeling so to speak. We interacted with some of the residents there, and everyone there seemed very happy and very pleased with the facility. We actually met the gentleman that runs Webb House, and he was very nice. We met some people that worked there. Everybody was very nice and very helpful. They had a movie room, a computer room, and things like that. Everything seemed very well-appointed. I thought for someone that was there, he would be very pleased with it.
