My father has moved into The Residences at Park Place. It was a good location. Our family is close. The staff helped us organize and plan the move. It's very clean. It doesn't look like a hospital. It looks very homey and the staff was very friendly. The food was wonderful. He's enjoying the meals. Even on the day we moved in, our family was able to sit down and have a meal together, just as kind of a little welcome. They have pet therapy. They had a dog come in the other day that the residents can visit with and pet. They have a lot of game nights, bingo, cards and puzzles, and a lot of exercise opportunities where they'll have an exercise class or just some one-on-one chances to get some physical activity.

I toured The Residences at Park Place for my father. There were several comfortable community sitting areas for the residents. They had a comfortable dining area. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They had community outings and activities like crafts and cooking. They had a library, a hair salon, and they had chickens where you could go and collect the eggs. It's definitely for the animal lover because they have lots of animals there. The yard needed a little upkeep and maintenance.

We toured The Residences at Park Place. It's very nice, very clean, and comfortable. Spacious rooms. They have patios. The memory care side is very safe. They have a fence around. If they decide to start wandering off, they can't get out. It's very nice. I was very impressed with that. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. They have one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms available. Even the studio apartment is spacious enough to hold a bed, a chair, and some furniture, and it has a little kitchen in it. It's nice. All of them are nice. They have a refrigerator in the room. The dining area was very nice. They even have a private dining room area where if you want to reserve it for a certain occasion or something, you can use it for that. They also have a small separate dining room, and they have a big dining room and all of them are nice and very well kept. The one thing I was impressed with, too, is that they have a pastor there and they have church every weekend. The staff was very nice. They were very attentive to the memory care patients. I was just very impressed.

My sister is at The Residences at Park Place. She has been there for about a week and a half now. It has been good. The staff has been great. The facility itself is very nice. She has a nice room. It's a large place, it has more people than she could interact with and it's closer to our home. The neighborhood is lovely. She has had physical therapy, and she might have gone to one activity, but she is just getting adjusted. She has tasted the food and it ranges from something that's not very good to something good. It's kind of hit or miss. I tasted one meal, it was a spaghetti meal, and it was very good. In terms of value for money, it's very affordable.

We liked The Residences at Park Place, but it's very full. They're getting to the point where there aren't many any apartments left, but it's very nice. What I liked best about it was the friendliness of the people. Some of the areas need to be updated. The staff was all extremely friendly. They could answer the questions that we had, and they were very knowledgeable. There needed to be some cleanup in the common areas, particularly the enclosed terraces. Right now, they have a salon that is closed because of COVID. It has not reopened. They have several courtyards. They will do laundry, and they have a small area for laundry for people who want to do their own.

When we toured The Residences at Park Place for my daughter, we observed activities; that was great. There were quite a few activities happening there (physical activities). There was a group that was doing some physical activity, and there was someone doing something else, but I don't remember what it was. The activities were great, and the place was really nice. The tour was great. We looked at several different options there in terms of rooms. The rooms were clean, nice, and spacious. The person that did the tour was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience, but the only thing that lacked is diversity (which is an issue that we're having). It wasn't that they did lack it, but they never had that race (the African American race). It was an issue.

My relative is at The Residences at Park Place. We really like their facility. Of all of the ones we looked at, they were the most caring. They're really friendly, and they had a lot of amenities for the residents. They have a lot of garden areas or courtyards where they can go outside and still be safe. They're totally enclosed by buildings, but they have different courtyards with animals there. They have rabbits, chickens, and turtles, and then inside they also have parakeets and guinea pigs. It's pet friendly, so they can have pets. She is in memory care, so outside of memory care, they have a garden area where they can sit on the patio. They have a yard area where they can go, and they can also do some gardening and things. They have different activities like that in addition to other indoor activities, and they have field trips and stuff. Park Place has really large co-occupancy rooms, which is what we were looking for. They also have combined activities with assisted living, so they're not always just confined to that one area. They can go out into the other area when they have joint activities and outings. If we go to visit, we can take her out into the other areas.

I went to The Residences at Park Place. I met the executive manager Kyle, talked with him and other people. Everyone there was great. I saw their studio, I went into the memory care area, and I met a lot of people there. Everyone was very friendly, very nice, and it was very clean, neat, and beautiful. It was a newer facility, and they have all kinds of art things and get togethers.

The Residences at Park Place is working out really great for my mother-in-law. The place itself is beautiful and gorgeous, and the staff is awesome, kind, gentle, and helpful. They have a variety of food and offer snacks all throughout the day for the residents. They have a dining area and a neat little setup for family; if you want to give your loved one a birthday party, you'll just have to reserve it. They offer so much stuff.

We will be moving into The Residences at Park Place. It's one of the rare locations that has a two-bedroom, two-bath unit for a couple. It has the type of accommodations that meet our needs. We had one meal there that was somewhat disappointing and there's a lack of activities for me, but for my wife who is disabled, there would be adequate activities for her. I would have to go off campus to go to a fitness center or something like that. I would rate the activities for my wife a five and for me a two.

The Residences at Park Place is great and clean, and it's not really that old. The food is good, and they have ample servings and always dessert, which I love. I have a physical therapist who visits me twice a week, and I have been able to take a trip to Walmart to take some shopping. The staff is fine, gives me my medication on a timely basis, and keeps my apartment very clean. They pamper you. There are always activities, like watching movies with popcorn. The price is lower than the rest of the senior communities.

The Residences at Park Place was one of my top two places. The staff was very helpful. The activities that they had for the seniors were very impressive. It is a larger facility that seemed to have more staff. I was also very impressed with the staff because most of them had been there between five and eight years, so there didn’t seem to be a lot of turnover, which tells me a lot not only about the staff but about the place itself. I felt very comfortable. I did not eat there, but we will when my mother comes to visit around Christmas. The value was very good for the price.

The Residences at Park Place would be my second choice. I liked the activities that they had. There was a lot of light, and I liked the layout of the rooms. I didn't like the layout quite as much as I did the other place, but the price was comparable.

The staff at The Residences at Park Place is excellent. We've had no problems whatsoever with the staff. They've been very friendly and very helpful. I haven't tried their food. But my mother-in-law says it's good, although she said it wasn't as good as when she went there which was only a month ago. So she's certainly enjoying it. They have different sizes of room depending on what you need. They're constantly going on shopping excursions and they have other activities like card games, bingo, as well as arts and crafts.
