My mom moved into Bedrock Care Williamsport South Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. There are a couple of minor concerns, but they are working through them. The facility is nice, clean, and well-run. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, and that goes from the administration folks all the way to the people that come in to take my mom to the bathroom.

My friend shares a room with two other men. NO privacy. He has to wait for someone to help him from bathroom (last time I was there it was 10 mins). When you call with questions (no one is available to talk to). I've tried for over two weeks. Poor response from anyone.
