I found a place for my wife. The place is called the Leland of Laurel Run. It's very affordable. It's rather small. It's a privately-owned place. It's a really nice place. They have large private rooms, small private rooms, and then they have what they call shared private rooms in which they share a bathroom. They have all kinds of activities and stuff. The staff are all very friendly. They have a TV and air conditioning in the room. They have a dresser, a recliner, and a bed. They have a bathroom. The shared private one is the one where two rooms share one bathroom. It's an old hotel and they turned it into a care facility. They have meals and everything. They do the people's laundry for them. They have an in-house doctor. They pretty much take care of them right there. They don't allow them outside unless there is somebody with them. It seems like they're very down-to-earth people who genuinely care about people. The person who took me around was great. She was very friendly, down-to-earth, and caring. Maureen is the manager there and she takes care of your applications and stuff. She was very friendly and very nice, too. Everybody was very nice there. It's an older building, but everything is really nice, and they keep it up. They're going to start my wife around the regular section and then see how she does.

I toured The Leland of Laurel Run. What I liked best was the atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness. The least that I liked was the price. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and inviting, with a homely atmosphere. The size of the room was nice and accommodating. The dining area was very open.

My husband moved into the The Leland of Laurel Run and it is excellent. It's an old building built in the 1800s. They have all kinds of things and games going on. They try to get the residents involved. They charge $1,500 less a month than all the other states around.
