My mom was at Avalon Nursing Center. They had a problem. The pipes froze and it was very cold in there, so we ended up taking my mom out a few days early. They were also having trouble getting staff, but it was around Christmas. My mom got a shared room. There were two rooms, and in between was a shared bath, so four people used one bath, which made it a little difficult for them to get to the bathroom when they needed it. The therapy was good though. The interaction with the staff was difficult because they were in charge of so many rooms, so I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with the staff. My mom was satisfied other than the bathroom setup.
