We loved Menno Haven. We loved the availability and choices of cottages and the other full-sized homes and townhomes. The staff was very helpful. She answered all the questions she could on an initial visit and she was just very pleasant. You must buy into a certain level of eating in their restaurants or have to have a certain level of bucks each month. Otherwise, you can cook for yourself. Everything there was pristine. It was well-manicured. It was just lovely. The hallways were clean. I can't imagine a better upkeep. They probably have several large workout rooms. They have three swimming pools and one is quite large. They have several libraries. It's a huge place. I think they have a thousand residents, maybe.

Menno Haven was extremely clean and very friendly. The apartments were very lovely, and they had a range of sizes and layouts. They had the whole facility modernized and opened up. They're just on top of everything and they're continuing to build. The staff member was so knowledgeable and so friendly. They gave us all the information that we needed to have. They have several dining areas to choose from and they are all beautiful. They have beautiful ground and walking trails, a well-equipped gym, swimming pools, and areas for table games.

My aunt is in Menno Haven. She has her own bungalow. It was pleasant. Everything looked very neat and clean. I know each person was still allowed to have their own vehicle and stuff. I know they offer movie nights and things like that, but I'm not sure how often that was. I know my aunt does not often participate in things. Some of the things like carpeting and the paint are a little dated. I know the staff was very attentive to my aunt as far as if she needed someone, she could get someone fairly quickly. I know that they did come around to check her blood pressure and do wellness visits for her.
