My sister was at Creswell Health and Rehabilitation Center. I have nothing but positive to say about them until the moment they let her out the door by herself. They didn't give me no 'this is what she needs, this is what she's going to need.' They just said, 'She's going to need all-around care.' She needs no all-around care. She's driving out of town. Today, she cooks for herself. She lives four minutes from us, so we see her every day. We clean her house because she's 86 and she's too busy doing everything she needs to do. But I just would have liked somebody to have walked her out the door and had given me all her stuff. She's walked out by herself. They were good, they were fine, just that she just walked out. I wouldn't hesitate to send somebody there, I really wouldn't. I wasn't allowed in there because of Covid. But they did say you could go around to the window because it was one story and talked to her and I did that and that was helpful. We went like once a week because we live in a different town. They had the numbers posted by the window, so that was nice that they would do that. I know they were always nice and patient to my sister. I called a lot, I couldn't always get through for different reasons, but they were always kind and never made me feel like I'm bothering them too much. I felt like my sister got good care there, I do. We bought my sister a cinnamon roll and they put it in a blender, but that's because she had trouble swallowing when she first got there. So, they were very conscientious, and they had somebody watch her eat for a while and taught her to take smaller bites and chew more. I thought, 'Wow, that's something. Somebody is sitting and watching her eat.' So I thought that was good. I just wouldn't want my cinnamon roll in a blender, but that's beside the point. It was funny.

My brother stayed at Creswell Health for a month. When he entered Creswell Health his health was poor and he was unable to walk. The staff was attentive to him and honest. They also communicated with me regularly about his progress and enlisted my help when he wasn't working hard enough at his physical and occupational therapy. I felt like they had a team of professionals really trying to do the right thing. This morning I brought him home and with a little bit of help he walked into his apartment. I am very grateful. I would recommend them to a friend or family member and if he needs help again I will ask that it is at Creswell Health.

My father spent time here after taking a fall at his assisted living facility. The staff have been very attentive to his needs. The food has been fantastic. Everyone has been very helpful with helping him to return home. I would highly recommend this facility.

My dad is currently residing if this "health and rehabilitation" center. The care and attention he has received so far is the epitome of bad rehab centers. The facility transported dad to an appointment without his oxygen! They finger point and blame it on unpaid and worked aides. Serious lack of relaying information between staff members. The lack of medical ethics and finger pointing is disgusting and indicates their lack of desire to improve. The facility is way understaffed and this was the reasoning for ignoring for slow responses. Over an hour to respond to nurse page. This place is supposed to a rehab. Horrible place. By the way a no star eating was not an option. This place does not deserve any stars.

My Grandmother, who recently broker her hip, is currently residing if this "health and rehabilitation" center. The care and attention she has received so far is the epitome of bad rehab centers. The lack of interest and finger pointing is disgusting and frankly indicates what a horrible state our country is in when it comes to healthcare. My family members were told that the facility was understaffed and this was the reasoning for ignoring my Grandmother. This place is supposed to a rehab center and my Grandmother hasn't even gotten out of bed, she's just sedated and not eating. Horrible place.
