The staff was never friendly. The facilities were in okay condition but could have been much cleaner. The nurses never gave the required attention to any of the patients that I knew personally. It was their chief complaint. The cares and concerns were not addressed by any of the staff there. This was a facility chosen primarily because of the location. We live in a small community and our choices are limited as to where an elderly loved one should stay. The visiting hours were irregular, and the communal areas were shabby and depressing. Not only that, they were very small as well, and there was usually no staff watching over any of the residents. There were never any group activities that my family members cared to participate in. The group activities were far and few between, and there were times when the staff, nurses included, had no idea where my family members were.
