Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Dublin

My sister was at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Dublin. It's not as good as what it was told us that it is. When they moved her from there to another place, her phone charger was lost. We never got it back, and there are other items that she never got back. It looked pretty nice, and the hallways were a lot wider and had tables if you wanted to sit out there. However, they left her sitting in her wheelchair out there and she wanted to be put back in bed because her back was hurting and there was nobody around to help. She can't talk loud, so she called my other sister who called the desk and told them she wanted to be put back in bed. We shouldn't have to be doing that. If they're going to leave her out in the hall in a wheelchair where she can't move on her own, they need to give her a buzzer or something so that if something happens, she can get somebody's attention. She had therapy there, but it wasn't as good as where she's at right now. It wasn't as thorough. The staff were pretty nice. We don't know if they had any activities or if she denied them. We were never told anything about activities.
