"Our poppy who was admitted here at Tyler's Retreat for rehab has had a wonderful experience. The nurses and support staff are top notch. They got him where he is noe mobile enough to be in a wheel chair and can move around. He was literally at deaths door and was referred to Hospice 3X BY the hospital. He is now on the long term Nursing Faculity side and he is very happy. His room is always clean , the food is good and he receives excellent care. They have an excellent staff that is well trained and the supporting staff is always available to answer any questions for me. Poppy has improved so much, being cared by them has totally changed his diagnosis. He is healthier than he has been in years with them monitoring him 24/7. I hate to admit that apparently we, his family seriously was not getting his needs taken care of to the opium level he needed. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care. They have 24 hour open door policy and have nothing to hide. Sometimes I have towait at the security door to be let in but that is because the staff is always busy with the residents and not sitting o their phones ! i appreciate that and have no problem letting them take care of the resident needs first. After a bad storm a birdfeeder was blown down I keep at poppys window and one of the staff went out and set it back up for him. You can't ask for more than that when it comes to above and beyond their duty. They have various activities to keep the residents active and involved. You can personalize the residents rooms to make it more like home. Poopy has his recliner, dresser and photos of his family . I have never had a response of " it's not my job" from anyone there, they are very prompt with every request. Nicole has held my hand and has walked me though the entire procedure of the business side, she is a Blessing. I would recommend Tyler's Retreat to everyone who needs Rehab or long term Nursing facility. "

"My sister-in-law is at Lucy Corr. They have physical therapy on-site. In the area that she is in now, it is a double bedroom but spacious enough that everyone has their own privacy. They have a day room for any activities and a dining room where the residents go to eat. They have a social worker that conducts a plan of care, which I'm involved with every two or three months when they have the plan of care meeting. The place is very clean and well-kept. The floors are shiny. Food is prepared well. I would certainly recommend Lucy Corr to anyone who has a loved one that needs either short-term or long-term care. Each unit has licensed nurses and certified nurse assistants that take care of the patients for personal care, bathing, and so on. Their laundry gets done once a week. They escort them to the dining room, so they can have their meals. Most of the time they're having activities in the dayroom. With regards to value for money, I think they are providing good service."

"Sitter and Barfoot has been a lifesaver for my Father. He has lived in several assisted living facilities over the years, and all of them were extremely expensive and did not take care of his needs. For example, he fell out of bed and was on the floor for hours before anyone came to help him! Now, with living at Sitter, and being a Disabled Vet at 100%, it is 100% free for him and the head nurses and Management team are very courteous and always reply to my emails and/or calls. My family is very lucky to have placed him with Sitter & Barfoot. I wish there were more facilities like Barfoot, who could take care of our Veterans, who have sacrificed their lives for this wonderful country!"

"I was at Beaufont Health Care Center. It's one of my favorite places in the world. The nurses there are great. The people that give me therapy are 100%. They're some of the best I've ever seen, and I have had therapy before in other places. It's like a family atmosphere. I love that place. I even tried to stay there, but of course, I couldn't because I didn't make enough money. The staff are excellent. They're very caring. The food was great. I gained weight, so that tells you something. They had bingo on Wednesdays and yoga on Thursdays. You can go in there any time you want to and read books or do puzzles."

"Envoy of Westover Hills is satisfactory in all areas. The place is homey and clean. The people seemed content. The staff is helpful. There was a salon and rehab room. They have the ability to get them to daycare for activities if they want to."

"The tour at Brandermill Woods was good. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and she showed us all the areas of the building. It's a much larger facility, and it's very clean, well-kept, and maintained. The facility itself is going to be in better condition. The problem with Brandermill was their dining facility. Because of COVID, their dining room isn't even open, so they're preparing meals and residents can pick up their meals at this time. The downside is that the wait is a year to two years. They have a clubhouse. They have two dining rooms: one is less formal and the other is more formal. They're very nice. They have a bar, a pool, an exercise room, and a media room. They have a lot of amenities. We saw both apartments and cottages."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff in all departments are very caring and friendly and most important professional. My family member was on Huguenot and Ms Blizzard was the CNA she is the best of the best anything I asked wasn't an issue."

"My dad is living in Bonview. It's neat, clean, and smells good. I didn't realize I was in a nursing home. The layout is easy to navigate. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"I'm currently at Rosedale Health & Rehabilitation. The upkeep is perfect. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They offer bingo and card playing. They have a room where we can watch television. They have ice cream socials, too. I haven't been to the dining area because I'm only served in my room. They could bring the food into the dayroom, too, where the TV is. It's wonderful. I have no complaints about it. My food is nice and hot, too."

"If you’re looking to admit someone here please take your time to visit & take a tour. The staff is super friendly & honest, bathrooms are clean, & the place doesn’t smell of feces. During my tour they had a guy playing piano & singing for the residents & I believe that was just one of many things they do for these people here. Franky was my tour guide she was super quick & efficient. Amani at the front desk was very helpful with getting me the assistance I needed as well, very pretty lady. My experience was definitely great."

"We toured Westminster Canterbury Richmond. It's a nice facility. The staff was fine, very knowledgeable, and did a good job. It's very clean, and the structure looks great. The room is a pretty good size. It had a good atmosphere."

"The administrator is dynamic and involved. The environment is very clean and fresh. There is lots of activity and bustling energy. The rooms are a bit small compared to other facilities, but this one would be one of the top 2 of the 5 we've visited this weekend, with The Laurels being number 1. "
