"I had visited the hornell gardens several times to see a few friends. I would like to say each time I am suprised on how nice the staff are and how they care for my friend (s).The theropy There is fantastic It might have its Not so good looks on the out side but the people on the inside are great.I would recomend this nurseing home To anyone. "My husband stayed at Elderwood at Hornell for about 20 days. They're very cooperative and provide very good care. The facility was very nice, bright, cheerful, and neat. The staff members were very helpful and kind. They worked very diligently to try to satisfy my husband's diet needs."

"My mother is at Steuben Center (Formerly Steuben County Infirmary). It has not had any cases of the virus ever. She likes where she is now. I was able to negotiate down a reduced price, and we like it because we feel that she's safe. The staff is very caring, and we've been pleased. We've been able to Zoom with my mother, and they've been very helpful in setting that up. She said she likes the food. I haven't been able to go in; all I see is what's on the website. Sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you when you're trying to process paperwork, but overall it's been a reasonable experience."

"My mom is at Highland Park. They're pretty good. Her room is a regular, hospital-type room. The food is good enough. They have quite a few activities, like four or five a day. They have some books and enough staff who are all very nice."

"We chose Wellsville Manor Care Center because it was close to where we live, it was a nice facility, very clean, and they're very helpful. We moved my mom to their assisted living yesterday. They've been there to help us move and to help with anything I could have asked them for. They greeted mom and were very pleasant and upbeat. They helped her last night with anything she needed. They were very, very helpful and caring. I ate lunch there yesterday with her, and it was wonderful. They have tons of activities too. We're in a very rural area. There are no big cities around here at least 1 to 2 hours away so it's a nice clean environment. It's also a nice place that's close to rural areas for families that didn't want to drive the two hours to the city for the bigger facilities."
