"My experience here was awesome! I don’t know where I would be physically without the care that I received here. Rodjena and the PT staff were very inspirational on my road to recovery. The nursing staff was on point; I never had to wait long for anything. "

"Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. They have a gym. The courtyard is very small, and it's mainly for smokers, so that's the only thing. They have days where they sing, and they have movie nights, too. However, they didn't have too much entertainment. Also, some of the couches were old. They were nice and elegant, but they were a little bit old. In terms of location, there's a restaurant and a hospital nearby."

"I had two stays at this facility in march i Fell and broke my femur. Was there 6 weeks and july first i Fell down stairs and broke hand and collar bone. The physical therapy and occupational therapy were outstanding . They really aided in my recovery. All staff was excellent. Close to my heart was Nicole occupational therapist i had her both Times and her kindness compassionate expertise was the best. My room was very comfortable and all the nurses were great to and the aides . They always made sure i had everyrhing i needed. I even got my laundry done by cain and he always came to chat . The first Stay Yisroel the patiënt rep was so so helpful and caring and made sure i could visit with my daughter. Hé has a strong Senseo of family. This time a new patiënt rep Kiel was also awesome and made sure everything was taken Care of. The recreation was great too and there was pray services fun games and friendship. Even the people at the front desk were so helpful. The administrator was also very caring and wonderful. The 5th floor had been renovated great gym and rooms. I love all the staff and i thank each and everyone for aiding in my recovery. The doctors Social workers pschycologists were great too. "

" When I first came here, I felt lonely and unhappy. I didn’t think I deserved to be here. The nurses are almost like family to me. I wouldn’t know what to do without them. I feel like I have a new family. They all greet me in the morning and night and make sure I’m doing okay. I can’t say one is better than the other. All of the nurses who took care of me I love. On a Friday night, I go to Bingo and try to make everyone laugh. To me, right now, it’s starting to feel like home. The maintenance staff I have to say is very responsive.. I wouldn’t change to go to another place. Everyone is really wonderful. I really mean it from the bottom of my heart"

"My parents get round-the-clock care at CareOne at Hanover Township. It's very nice, and they take good care of them. The staff is very nice. They are sharing a room which is very large and nice. Everything's clean and well taken care of. I really like them being there. The grounds are very nice, and the place is right off the main road, but it's kind of secluded. It's a house that's been transformed into a nursing home, and it's just five minutes from my office. My parents seem to like the food, and they have lots of activities. The pricing is very good and comparable with everybody else."

"My mom was here for rehab. The staff couldn’t do more for my mom and answer questions for our family. Therapy was wonderful. My mom went home with great improvements and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for my mom’s wonderful care!!"

"My Mother was at Franciscan Oaks for several months and recieved outstanding care from everyone she can in contact with. Rehab was wonderful and really helped my Mom walk again, Nursing was fantastic, it was very clean but somewhat dated, the food was ok but we didn't expect much - the administration was supported and very helpful. My Mom is having a hip replacement in Feb. and that is the only place she will go. "

"I am very pleased with Pine Acres Convalescent Center, and the care they've been giving my brother. He's getting 24-hour nursing care in a shared room, which is extremely clean and comfortable. It's not a fancy place and older but kept beautifully. What I've been most impressed by is the caring and friendliness of the staff. There is not a single person that does not greet me when I'm there. All of the administrative staff knew my name at my second visit. They are very amenable to keeping in touch with me either by phone or by email. They do whatever I ask them to do and they've taken wonderful care of my brother. Their food looks really delicious, too. Their menu always looks very appealing to me. "

"The facility is run down but relatively clean. There are some excellent nurses and aides that are overworked but genuinely care during the day shift. They are always short staff. The night staff is terrible. My mother was genuinely afraid at times. I spoke to the administrator, several times, who will tell you what you want to hear but nothing changes. My mother said that she was given the incorrect medication one evening and called me in a panic. The nurse came in the room and was quite fresh to her and he asking who she was calling. I was unable to get the hospital to test for the medication as we had no idea what it was other than seizure medication (she was told this by a new nurse). My mom passed a week later."

"My friend was at Chatham Hills. He was only in rehab there. For the first two weeks, he was in isolation. Every room has an outdoor window, and they numbered the windows so you could go to the window and visit them. The room was like a regular hospital room, but the nurses always made sure that they pulled them to the window to see us. He saw us there even though he was on the opposite side of the room. They seemed to be much more friendly and helpful. However, there were a lot of a lot of miscommunications. My friend was very picky and he didn't like the food."
