"The staff at Azria Health Woodhaven was very helpful and tried to help us with the financial part of it and everything. The person who gave us a tour was very nice and very helpful. Some of their facilities were pretty old. They said that they were going to be doing some remodeling, but that was coming later."

"My dad spent a few days at Woodhaven Care Center before he passed. It was all fantastic. Everybody was great, and it is just a very nice facility. The staff was fantastic, just really caring, compassionate, and communicated everything that was going on (which is very important when you are not able to be there all the time). The overall care was just great too. They have programs and therapy. They had Monday, Wednesday, and Friday visitations."

"My mother has moved into Diversicare. She pretty much requires to be taken to the bathroom and taken to meals and help her get dressed. It's not total care, but pretty close to it. The staff seemed very concerned, helpful, and they kept my sister and me informed. it's an older facility, but it's clean and nice. My husband and I ate with my mother on her birthday, and the food was good. She is receiving exercises, and they've taken her to watch some activities that children have presented. They've also gotten her involved with bingo. It is reasonable. They have one fee. They don't charge for extra things if they have to help her with something. There are no hidden expenses. They were very helpful and since my father was a veteran, they offered us to inquire on that, so that was nice."

"I always found this home to be very nice, clean, and hospitable. The employees truly know every single resident, due to the fact that it is small. The residents also know each other very well and appeared to interact quite frequently. Its close proximity to the hospital was beneficial as well. There were plenty of activities for the residents. The employees really go out of their way to encourage local organizations to volunteer at the nursing home and interact with the residents, which they really enjoy. They also went out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. The dining room has nice dishes and linens. However, In regards to the food offerings, the food at this location was complained about often by the residents. But they do keep this place sparkling clean and it has a very homey and cozy atmosphere. "
