My family member has fallen since being there doesn't get fed the proper amount of times, doesn't call to let what's going on with family member. Hardly ever answer the phone. The lie about the update of family member. Need a staff that cares about the patients.

My aunt has been in Golden Living for about six weeks now. It was closer to her home; it was nice, clean, and smelled good. The staff was very nice and courteous. I've seen the food my aunt eats and she doesn't complain about it. She has physical rehab twice a day. She has a private room with a bathroom.
