I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

It is wonderful. My husband and I thought the place was very friendly, very warm, and just welcoming. The staff is wonderful from the housekeepers, the maintenance man, all the way up to the director. They're very loving, very caring, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable coming to the community. My mom is staying in their independent living and they made her feel comfortable from the minute she walked in. They have book clubs, arts and crafts, outings for lunch, and outings to a few of the stores in the area. They even have outings where they take the residents to the beach like what they did the other day. They have bird watching and a game day too. They have a walking club, an exercise club, and a book club. They have a resident sit-and-chat where they all sit downstairs and just talk. I think they call it a community forum. They say they also have entertainment that comes in occasionally where people play the piano and sing. I think they're also going to be having a trunk-or-treat for the residents and their families. My mom says they give them too much food, and it is all very good. They don't push the food, though. They allow her whatever she wants to eat. When it comes to the value for money, it's almost like when you have a child at daycare. It doesn't matter how much it costs as long as they're taking care of your child and it's the same with my mom. My husband and I didn't even visit any of the other facilities because we were very impressed. I did ask questions over the phone, and they were the most cost-effective of the ones in my area.

It was very good and very positive. Everybody I spoke to was great. They had just about everything there. They have a movie theater and a pool table. They had quite a bit going on there and had big rooms. The facility seemed very clean. I felt like they had a good vibe there. It's a very positive and energetic vibe.

My sister and uncle moved in. It was bright and cheerful. The facility is relatively new. It's only five years old. The apartments were some of the largest that we had seen. I like the staff. They are very friendly, professional, accommodating, helpful, and have excellent feedback. It's very clean. We like the bright and airy look and the modernist feel of it. It had a kind of beachy look in the dining room. They had very pretty light fixtures in the hall. They have activities. We appreciated the fact that it was more affordable than many of them.

I liked it very well. I liked everything. They were very friendly. It was clean and nice. I didn't see the amenities because we primarily were looking at the locked area. It was the nicest I've seen, but it was very high priced, so I have to consider that, too. The staff was very nice. There wasn't very much outdoor space. It had a courtyard, but it was rather small. There are restaurants nearby. It's not close to a hospital though.

We chose here for my parents because of its proximity to us, and the place was just immaculate, new, and clean. It was great. The staff was very responsive. They bring everything that my parents are going to need, which is a huge help and very convenient. They bring in the physician's assistant once a week. There are lots of activities. There is the assisted living onsite if needed and that's a big relief. They have housekeeping provided once a week, so that's very convenient as well, as helpful.

It looked very nice. It was well-decorated in a very nice beach motif. The rooms were very spacious, and the staff was very friendly. It looked like they had a lot of activities and a lot of common areas, too. They had a movie theater set-up with a large-screen television and exercise areas. It looked like they had buses and vans to take people to activities. It looked very adequate. It's sort of in an isolated location, but it was a very modern facility with very cheerful décor and spacious rooms. We saw their independent living during our tour.

I went to look. I love this place as well. It is much newer. It has more modern finishes with the decor. They do not offer a furnished suite, so you have to bring all of your own furniture. They also had one and two-bedroom units, as well as studios. Then they have a separate living space. They had a patio and an outdoor seating area. They have an activity room where they do all of the crafts. They have a calendar full of different activities. They have a room where they keep a television on all the time, and it stays on a news channel. If you want to watch something else, you go to a different area, so that everybody always knows the news is on in one room. They have other meeting spaces that you can go and read a book or meet with friends. They have a private dining room that you could have a birthday party on. You just need to reserve it. They had a hair salon. They had a podiatrist. They had an on-site home health care if you need those types of services that you would normally get from an assisted living. Not all residents require that, so that's why they call it independent living. And then you just add on packages if you need the home health care portion.

We were very impressed with everything, except the price is high. Our experience during the tour was very positive. The facility was clean. They seemed to interact with the patients. But it's like a double of what we're paying right now. The staff was very, very good, knowledgeable, she knew about the facility, and she was able to answer our questions appropriately. The unit is set up very uniquely. The nursing station is in a sector of all the rooms. So it's kind of like they could see all around what's going on, and we thought that was good. The location was excellent. For us, it would have been perfect. The staff showed us the activity calendar and how they deal with them.

My friend has lived at this facility for several months and has spoken highly of everything. Recently I had the opportunity to have a couple of meals here and I thought they were very good. One meal was pork tenderloin and stuffing with gravy, along with a broccoli and cauliflower combination. I was hesitant about the broccoli and cauliflower because I don't like nor usually eat these vegetables. But I tried them and they were good.

It was wonderful and had a wonderful staff. It was rather expensive and they had no pool and we do cardio in a pool, so that was one of our requisites. They have cards, the usual board games, and a lovely dining room. They have a studio, 1- and 2-bedrooms, and they're gorgeous. The studio was just very tiny. The 1-bedroom was lovely, had a great size closet, and the bathrooms were senior-operated. All these things were great and beautiful. The greetings were always there, and you weren't ignored. When we got there, they were having lunch, and it was lovely the way it was served and was presented. The staff also interacted with the people, which was nice.
