I spoke with one of the owners of this agency looking for a home health aid for my ailing grandfather. She seemed very caring and reassured me that if I decided to use her agency I would have one of he most caring and professional nursing assistants caring for him. While in her office, I was able to meet the co-owner who though was very busy at the time still took the time to greet me and let me know that if I ever felt a need to contact her than I should feel free to do so. The office staff including the office manager were all very friendly and professional which makes me believe that everyone values their job and are willing to do what it takes to make clients satisfied. This agency offered a variety of services from general home aids to licensed practical nurses and even had around the clock service in the event that I needed to be gone for a few days and did not want to leave my grandfather alone. I didn't even have to inquire about most of the services, the owner just mentioned them all to me. It is clear that she thought of everything someone might need and made sure that she provided services to fit those needs. Although I am still deciding on a service provider for my grandfather, I will assure you that this agency is in my top 2 choices right now.
