My brother-in-law moved to Spring Arbor of Albemarle. It was close to other family members. We like the cleanliness, helpful staff, and helpful business administration staff. They've got two activity rooms. They have a physical therapy room and an occupational therapy room. They have a library, dining room, outside walkways, and outside patio area. We were able to look at the menu. It was about the food and how they set up, they have a healthy and well-balanced item on the menu. My brother-in-law was happy with his meals. They have Church services with singing, Mardi Gras, and Valentine's Day activities.

There's nothing that I don't like about Spring Arbor of Albemarle. Mom is in the area that's a locked-down unit because she has dementia. It's a small area, like 20 residents, and they're very personable and very friendly. When I went there with my sister, we were very pleased with the staffing and the care. They are receptive to our concerns or questions. The facility is very nice and I love the activities. My sister lives right there, and she visits whenever she can, and Jessica, who's the recreational director, has all kinds of activities for them, and all the residents are involved. That's very good.

They've got friendly people at Spring Arbor of Albemarle. The place was pretty clean. The staff seemed nice. The lady that gave me the tour was very nice. They have a game room where they can play board games and watch TV. They have a library. They got books in the game room, too. They have transportation. They take them to certain places.

My husband has moved into Spring Arbor. He is doing beautifully. The place is excellent. They have an excellent rating. All of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. My husband is in a two-bedroom private suite with a shared sitting room and a shared bathroom. He really enjoys it. They have people coming every day with different activities and someone from a religious place who comes every day for those who want to go and have either Bible reading or hymn singing. They play games and take them out. There are all sorts of things for them to do.
