I'm still in The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Utica. If you ask for help from somebody it might take an hour or two hours, or they may not come at all. There's a variety of selection for the food. And sometimes there's not enough people working, or there's too many people working. Someday they would have ten to 15 people come in and out of the room, and at other days you have nobody coming in and out of your room. I'm paying thousand dollars a month just for a room, and to me, it's not worth it. My room has a bathroom with a sink and toilet. It has a dresser and stand-up closets. There's a little table, a chair, and a bed. It's just a room.

My brother is at The Grand Rehabilitation And Nursing At Utica. What I like best about the place is that the staff is very good and attentive. They try their best. The least I think would be the accommodations. They're subpar and not even as good as a hospital room. They're cold and sparse, but the staff is good with what they've got. It's not their fault that there's broken furniture and broken TVs. They have activities. I remember around the holidays there was like Ugly Sweater Day and there was Make Us something kind of activities so there were floors that my brother could go to and do things, but whether he does them or not, I don't know.

In the 6 months my son has been in heritage he has received the worst treatment. He has ms and is not cleaned up or turned on a regular basis without calling someone. IT takes them a long time to come. The food is small in quantity and very unappetizing. Bolonga sandwiches for dinner.
