Kingsway Arms Nursing Center is a very good place to go. My aunt started in assisted living, and then she went to the nursing home, and both of them were excellent. They're very friendly, professional, and caring. It's clean, and it's a very nice community for the elderly. She didn't complain about the food. They had a nice patio for the clients to go to. They had things for them to do, and she was happy joining in. It's worth the money.

We toured Kingsway Memory Care Center; it was excellent. I have had experience with good people that I know have been there, and that's why I went there. The people are excellent. The tour was great; Everyone that you meet is very sociable, and courteous. They do a lot of activities, and they have a lot of amenities. Security is excellent, they have a limited number of spaces; but the suites, they're very roomy and very nice. The staff is very good, from what I have seen. They also have transportation back and forth to your doctors. They have an emergency right there in the community, on the grounds. It's very well laid out. It's different buildings, but it's a community in itself. When you go into it, it has apartments for adult living and then it goes right down to a nursing home, depending on what stage you are in.

Kingsway Arms was very good and really nice. It was clean and well-kept. People seemed happy. The staff was great. They have color-coded scrubs which is a great idea so you'd know who's a nurse, a cleaning person, or a cafeteria worker.

My husband was at Kingsway nursing home. I found them to be very good, as a matter of fact. They seemed to take very good care of my husband. I moved close by so I could see him more often so I was there a lot. The staff was awfully good and they had a couple of men on the staff and they were very good with my husband. When he first went in, he could still talk and he had a lot of stories to tell them and they were very interested so he had a good time there. It wasn't a bad place for him. They were very kind to me and I spent a lot of time, sometimes around dinner time. The only day when I smelled any smell at all was on a Sunday when the staff was really low. I'm in and out of there a lot so most of the time it was very well kept.

Kingsway Community have a lot to offer. It's really nice. Dad's only been there a week, so he's still getting adjusted. But he seems to really like it. He enjoys going to dinner with a group of people. They have quite a bit for them to do. They take them to market, to doctor's appointments, they have outings sometimes, they even have a little bonfire, sometimes they go outside and play croquet, even little Wii bowling competition, and they have ice cream socials. It's really a cute little place. They have beauty parlor, barbershop, a bank right on site which is very convenient, and also a little mailroom. They have someone that comes in and cleans the apartment once a week. He has one meal a day that's included in his rent. Their food is like gourmet with couple of different entrees, but they also offer nice variety like cheeseburger, grilled cheese with tomato, Caesar salad.
