The Esplanade at Palisades is really nice. It is charming. It was a perfect time of year to visit because it's fall, and they have a lot of windows that look out onto the turning leaves. The neighborhood is really adorable. The people who work there seemed very nice. It is not necessarily that independent. They serve meals, and no one has a kitchen. There's a community kitchen, so it's more like a dormitory. They have little refrigerators, and you can put in a microwave if you wish, but they don't have stoves. It's really like a dorm. Everyone has room, but then there's a community place to eat, and I think that might be okay. They were very nice, but they were not very organized when it came to my visit. I had been on a schedule, and somebody had called me to change the time for it. I agreed, and then I called maybe half an hour before I was supposed to arrive because I was stuck in horrible traffic, and the kid who answered the phone was very respectful and very courteous, but he had no idea what I was talking about. So, it struck me that nobody had told him a visitor was coming. Then he goes and talks to the woman who's going to give me the tour, Casey. So, Casey is lovely, but she has only worked there for a few months, and she didn't have answers to a lot of questions, specifically about money. Ironically, she gave me a folder that had all the information in it, which speaks to me of her not knowing exactly how things work there yet. She was nice, and she knew a lot of the residents, which I think is probably more important than knowing things to help visitors. Like, she knew everybody's name, and she was very friendly and nice. However, she is not the person who would be in charge of getting applications or moving forward. There are many common rooms. The residents live in different wings. They have little names for the streets they live on. It's mostly shared rooms with some solo rooms. Then they have the game room, the auditorium, the living room, and the library. It's very cute, clean, and well-maintained. They do a good job with decorations. It's pretty charming, and it doesn't feel like a hospital.

We toured The Esplanade at Palisades. The people there looked very happy and were very involved in whatever activity was happening when we were taking the tour. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and stopped to give us feedback on their responsibilities as we passed. The size of the room is fine. We saw a studio that had an independent bathroom. We saw what they used as a model, so I don't know what the actual rooms look like. The administrator told us there were some areas where they were upgrading. Some things looked old, but they were in the process of upgrading. Everything looked fine, and they offered housekeeping. The dining area looked very nice. It looked like a cafeteria-style place.

I toured The Esplanade at Palisades, and what I liked best was the atmosphere. I spoke with 2 or 3 people, and everyone was friendly and nice. Everyone seemed to be helpful. I even asked someone off the cuff question, and he was very informative and gave me the answer I needed. The facility seemed to be very clean, but they were under renovation, so there were some areas that looked like they were about to start construction. The room size seemed okay. They weren't the nicest that I've seen, but they weren't the worst.

The Esplanade at Palisades was nicely appointed. It was a very comfortable feeling and the staff was very welcoming. It was very clean and very nice. They have a library and a very nice, comfortable-looking room with a piano in it and nice big windows.

I found The Esplanade at Palisades for my uncle. I like the way the place looks. I love the grounds, and it's 22 acres of land. It seems like the food is very good. I hear that the chef from New York is very good. And the studio room where my uncle will be is very nice. The only staff I met are the ones that took me on the tour, and they were very nice, very helpful, and very informative. The structure of the building is very nice. They have a library, a gym and outdoor spaces.

I toured The Esplanade at Palisades. First of all, they know how to talk to people. Number two, the cleanliness, and number three, they look after all the houses. The staff was very kind. They were very professional.

I toured The Esplanade at Palisades. The area is serene. It's beautiful with nature and everything. The prices are quite high. It's pretty much new. There's no cooking inside the room. They serve meals for you. I don't necessarily like that, but sometimes the food is not up to one's standards. You can have overnight guests like the other place. They are pet friendly also. Overall, it's a very new place, very nice, very much for a senior. Looking at the area I think they're pretty physically. But it's great for people who want this. No shops in the area, but she did say that they have car service within a 15-mile radius of any area that you want to go to, and after that, you're on your own. Shevon showed me everything. She explained everything. She did not try to hide any kind of information. And she explained, you know, certain things that they are working on. So her honesty and integrity give her a five, and her personality was very welcoming. She showed me the menu. It was nice, but it looked very sparse, there wasn't much variety. Also, it had very limited space for clothes.

The Esplanade at Palisades provided a lot of information. It was a very thorough tour. I saw the entire location and different activities. They showed me the different rooms that they had. They showed me the services that they can provide. With regards to their rooms, there are multiple options. For the lower cost, they have shared rooms, but I don't know if those would work for my mom, but it's worth considering. And it was nice to see that they have an option to make it affordable. The staff who gave the tour was really good and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of information. She was enthusiastic, too. They had a courtyard, but it was raining, so I didn't go outside.

The Esplanade at Palisades was neat and clean. The rooms were big. The staff member was kind of a rather affectionate woman that cared about her job. It was lunchtime, so the dining area was full of people, and she just showed me around to some of the places where they gathered to do crafts, and a few places like that, and their weekly schedule board. She gave us a nice folder of the menu and gave me a nice gift bag. She also called me a couple of days later. She did a nice follow-up. The facility was nice and big.
