I'm a resident of Heritage Village in Chautauqua County. They have a classy road. They have a marvelous beautiful place, very well taken care of. I would rate it quite high for the staff that they employ. They seemed to do their best to accommodate the needs of the residents, especially those who are disabled.

My sister fell out of her bed at Village Care and there was nobody around to pick her up. They were short-handed on staff. The staff was slow, and they didn’t have enough people there. She had a staph infection because they would let her sit in her urine for hours. They would not change her. We were very upset with this facility.

These lovely people took great care of my Mothers friend, Irene, in her last few weeks of life. They were thoughtful, caring and compassionate. I am an RN with experiance in palliative care and I have never seen better. They are truly a team that puts their heart into their work.
