My husband will be going to Eden Heights of Eden for a week for respite. I went to see assisted living, and it was very good. I liked the open spaces outside, and the place was clean. The staff was very good. The room we saw was very nice and big. The food looked good enough. My husband will get help doing things like dressing, eating, and his medication. It looks more like a hotel atmosphere, instead of a home. It's kind of set off by itself.

My mother-in-law did fine at Eden Heights of Eden. Everything was fine. The staff was fine. She enjoyed the food and the activities. She enjoyed everything there.

If I'm looking for the same type of community as Eden Heights of Eden, this seems to be a good one. The residents seemed happy and very well-suited for each other. The staff that I met during the tour was very nice. And even though the place was not suited for my mother, the young man that took us on the tour said that if we had questions at any point, we could call him and he will help us. I felt that this community would have been a contender had it been a secure place. Their memory care was just a room on a hallway and it was not strictly confined. As soon as we got there, the young man said that he doesn't think it's what we're looking for because the memory care residents do wander around the community. The common areas were clean and bright, and there were enough people circulating around. We walked past the dining room, it was big and bright with nice oak tables. It seemed like it would be a comfortable setting for the residents.

Eden Heights of Eden is excellent, from the people in the office to the people working there. My mother-in-law is in assisted living. Her room is spacious, about 35 feet long, so it's a good sized room. Everybody's happy and joyful every time I'm there. From what I've seen and from what I've heard from my mother-in-law, the staff is excellent. They play ingo, they sing, and there's all kinds of different activities. There's something going on all the time.

My father moved into Eden Heights of Eden. The place is very clean, all the employees refer to the residents by their first name, and that's helpful for the residents that are confused. My dad says the food is very good, and looking at the menu, it looks like it's good. His room is comfortable, they provide furniture except for the TV, and everyone in the office is willing to work with you, and whatever you want to do. They have an arts and crafts room, a library, and when it gets warmer, they have a gardening area. There's a front patio and they have a circular driveway for the residents to walk around. They have different types of rooms. You can share with three other people, which means everyone gets their own bedroom but you share a living room. They have a another room for two people like a husband and wife, and you can also get a higher-up room, with a typical bedroom and a whole sitting area, like a suite. They have a hairdresser, they have an ice cream shop that's open a couple of hours at a time. I have not tasted the food, but the placement of the food on the plate is very inviting, and outside the dining room they display the menu of the day and also the alternative menu. They have a big blackboard of activities on the wall, and they have an area for arts and crafts, and a separate activity room.

My mother has been at Eden Heights for about 6 years now, and we couldn’t be more happy with the care that she receives there. The entire staff is friendly, caring and professional. The property and grounds are clean and well maintained.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care that the management and staff of Eden Heights of Eden has shown my mother, Irena. They have gone above and beyond any expectation in showing care and concern for her well being, health, and enjoyment of life as she has adjusted to assisted living. It was not an easy transition for her, but I truly feel that each and every member of management and staff has had her best interests at heart every step of the way from helping her to adjust to her new living arrangements, to addressing her dietary needs, medication management, and recreation. She enjoys the outings and the activities that Eden Heights of Eden provides. The activities staff strives to make their activities accessible and fun. They are always on the lookout for new and exciting things to share with the residents and they always decorate the facility to make it attractive and appealing-so many homey touches-and the Christmas decorations are lovely. My mother's health has been poor in the past few years, and the medical staff have looked out for her and taken exceptional care to communicate with her and her medical care team. They are readily available for my questions and concerns and address her health-care needs at any time, day or night. It is very reassuring to know that she is being watched over by people who really care how she is doing each and every day. The nutrition management and staff have gone out of their way to accommodate her special dietary needs, which is a huge relief for my mom and our family. We are so appreciative the efforts of the management to consistently improve their program to meet the needs and desires of their residents. Finally, the management team at Eden Heights of Eden is amazing! Each member of the office staff and management is so outgoing and friendly. Nothing is ever a problem that can't be addressed and remedied with everyone's best interests at heart. Every phone call is answered with a friendly, happy voice and much care and concern is evident for each and every resident. It is readily apparent that a lot of emotional investment is made by all the management and employees into each person who resides at Eden Heights. The facility is clean and inviting, which was also a great concern as my mother transitioned into assisted living. I am consistently amazed at the on-going improvements and attention to detail the maintenance staff has shown in making the facility as much like "home" as possible. I cannot say enough how much my family appreciates the fact that we chose Eden Heights of Eden. It was the perfect choice for my mom! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am blown away with the staff at Eden Heights! My sister and brother in law are residing in this palace! If you have a question you would like to ask an Aide there is one right at your elbow! We've never received a "I'm too busy" look when we want help or to ask a question. It's almost unbelievable! My sister has a new Kindle Fire tablet and if we get stuck trying to do something we don't even have to search to find someone to help. They actually notice our frowns as we're plugging away! They are friendly, considerate, and so many smiles and hugs to make your day!!

a drive through the country brings one to a beautiful , peaceful , place called Eden heights of Eden. The ground are well kept, surrounded by large dairy farms, with a beautiful view from the front porch. My Mother has been a resident there for 3 years, it is her home now. She had a stroke which left her with a speech disability, and communication is difficult for her. The staff has far exceeded their responsibilities to make my mom's life there wonderful. They are caring, respectful, well trained, well educated and loving. We cannot express enough, our appreciation of their care and dedication they exhibit towards my Mom and the other residents.

I like the staff of Eden Heights. They provide three full meals a day and a snack. The food is excellent. The staff is very loving, very caring, and very supportive. They try very hard to meet the needs of not only the residents, but also the family. They have bingo, church services, musical presentations, Wii bowling, excursions, and happy hours.

I have to say that of all the Assisted Living Facilities in Erie County that I have visited Eden Heights is superb. It is a "family" atmosphere and the staff go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that my brothers needs have been met. It was a very difficult time for our family and the staff and administration were very caring and concerned. With out Eden Heights I really don't know where my brother would be now. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking for an Assisted Living

Eden Heights is located in a lovely rural setting. The facility is large enough to provide the care that your loved one needs but small enough that the caring staff gets to know the residents. If I have a concern about my Mom, I feel very comfortable calling the office. Whatever the issue, it is addressed quickly in a very professional manner. The staff is wonderful!. It reminds me of "Cheers" where everybody knows your name.

I am very happy with the care that my mom and dad are both receiving while they are at Eden Heights. They provide medical, social and individual care as residents. I would recommend this facility in a heart beat to others looking for a residence for their parents.
