I live in Overture Andalucia, and so far, it is so good. I have no complaints. It has exceeded my expectations. The size of my room is OK. The staff is very nice. They have a pool here and a lounge outside with a nice view, and I go there every day.

I am a resident of Overture Andalucia. I chose it because of the quality of construction, the management, how nice the management was, and the lower cost of the rent, and it's new. It has a great swimming pool, jacuzzi, game rooms, and social activities. They have fantastic social activities almost every day for seniors. It has a wonderful location on Montaño and Coors next to malls, Walgreens, CVS pharmacy, Dion's Pizza, and M'tucci's restaurant. Sprouts is within walking distance, and Albertsons is right there. The location is near any convenience I could need, including automobile repair and gas stations. I ride in a wheelchair, but for me, that was important to be close. It's handicapped-accessible. I think between 80 and 100 people live there from all walks of life, but there are lots of fun things and nice people to meet for seniors. They don't provide food for independent living. That's partly why it's so inexpensive, but they provide excellent food for social activities. They catered from different restaurants for the social activities.
