I am staying at the Imperial Care Center. I like the service and friendliness. It's all good. The staff members are very attentive, friendly, and caring. The food is very good. They have a lot of activities. They have bingo and movie nights. They checked my Social Security.

I visited Imperial care, and they were having a New Year’s party when I walked in. The staff was helpful. It was an older place, I saw one room, and it appeared to be clean. I saw three beds in a room, it’s very tight, and it’s a shock for me. The director was fantastic, very easy to talk to, and very accommodating. I asked some people and they said the care there was exceptional.

Imperial Care is just like home. They have a lot of activities for the patients there. They provide good care, and they obviously care about the residents a lot. The staff is good. They are very nice people. So far they are attentive to the resident's needs. As for sanitation and odor is concerned, most of the time the facility is clean. I've been there a couple of times where a resident might have an accident or something. You tend to smell that now and then. But the whole facility never smelled like that. The food is excellent. The rooms are pretty nice as well.
