I visited Beth Haven Retirement Community, it's fairly new, and pretty nice. They have a nice dining area, and they offer three meals a day. They also have a nice variety of food and you don't have to stick to one menu. It's in a nice and spacious area, they have plenty of ground and stuff. However, we didn't go to this place because of the price. They also have plenty of rooms for activities.

Staff is pleasant but lazy , won’t respond to call lights. Unclean rooms , unkept rooms . Terrible place to put your relative , please choose somewhere else .

Nice people but very short staffed. Seems like they kept up with the Rx only. Smelled horrible in my dads room and was there 1 week and had to ask why he was in the same clothes for 2 days and had not had a bath since he had arrived.

I recommend Beth Haven to others. My mom is staying there and it is a fairly new and well-kept facility. It is nice, they have a lot of apartments and they provide meals in the rooms. Her room is not so spacious, but she got everything that she needs. We like the staff there because they are helpful and available when she needs help. They also take good care of mom. I like it also that it is near the hospital.
