my mother was in for rehab for a short duration ...she has many health issues. I think there is a shortage of help now because of Covid19 Mom is diabetic and her dietary needs were3 not strictly adhered to. She also had an immense amount of fluid and was unable of going to the toilet without help. She was told IF you cannot wait then go ahead and urinate the adult diaper. How bad is that? The whole REASON to go into rehab was for her to be able to start getting herself up with help to get herself in the position to be able to do HERSELF. Not acceptable in the least.

My aunt was very satisfied with her stay, she was there mostly for rehab and did not have to stay very long. There was one staff member in particular that my aunt really just fell in love with, she was always happy to see her come in at the start of the day and I feel like having that person there helped encourage her to get better and eventually get out. I was actually very surprised at how small the rooms were, they were about the size of a hospital room with little extra room, some of the floors had shared bathrooms and some had private bathrooms. The entire building is a converted high school building and a lot of the design of the building showed that. The staff was really nice and the rehab she received was fantastic, overall I was very impressed with them and I felt like they are doing the community good. The negative I would have to point out would be the food, I was not overly impressed with the food that was provided but in a facility that large you can not always be happy with everything. The food seemed to be more on following specific diets than flavor and variety.
