"Everybody that I had an interaction with at Keller Landing were very friendly and helpful. There were nurses, the caseworker that was showing us around, and a couple of ladies in the business office. They have an outdoor space and an activities room. The facility didn't seem as clean. Saw a couple of bugs crawling on the floor, and a few different things. It wasn't terrible, but it is a very old facility, so they can't really improve on the facility itself as far as that goes because it's an old building, but mainly they need to make sure it feels a little cleaner. The walls were kind of dented and needed repainting. It just needs an upgrade."

"My brother has been a resident for 1 year and he has received excellent care since day one. All staff does a great job and I can’t say enough as to how appreciative we are of all the care my brother has received. Providing wheelchair transportation to all his doctor appointments has been so wonderful and a service we are most appreciative of. Thank you Cypress Cove!"

"My wife moved into Brentwood Retirement Community. I chose it because they were super nice and they would provide what she needs. They serve 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Everyone there is friendly and as nice as they can be. Her room is super nice. They came in, ultra-cleaned it and painted the walls. They have exercises, singing activities, games, puzzles, and entertainment. They sent me pictures yesterday of a cookout they had and she seemed to be having a great time."

Cypress Cove Center is a charming 90-bed skilled nursing facility with a 32-bed ShortStay Unit. Our remaining 58 beds are dedicated to long-term care residents.

"I was at Mitchell-Hollingsworth Nursing & Rehabilitation Center LLC for three weeks. I was at The Summit Rehab part. The care was excellent. Nurses and aides were quite responsive. If for any reason I had to do the call button, they were prompt to answer. The rehab facility itself was excellent. The therapist worked with me and I did make great strides. Everyone I ran into was very caring and supportive. It was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Initially, I had a double room, but within three days, I was moved to a private room. The rooms looked out onto a courtyard with trees and birdfeeders. There's a built-in bureau and closet, and bathroom with shower. It was quite comfortable. Each room had its own thermostat or heat and air. There was an activity center with two activities scheduled each day. I participated in some of them if I wasn't in therapy. I participated in bingo and I participated in the Valentine's Day party where they crowned a king and a queen. There is a permanent residence unit, and they were mainly the ones in the activities. They had a library where I was free to borrow books. They had a common area where you could sit and visit with visitors if you did not want to visit in your room. As part of my therapy, I was able to walk around outside when the weather was nice and that felt good to be outside and look at the flowers that were beginning to bloom. They have a room for residents with a refrigerator where you could go get ice cream, sandwiches, snacks, and things like that if you did not like the meal, and that was nice."

"I was a patient with Florence Rehab for a month recovering from a fractured hip and I was SO impressed with the quality of care and compassion from the nursing staff, therapy team and the general warm caring attitude of everyone.
