"Alacare was assigned to provide home health care for my mother after being discharged from the hospital. Not once did the staff refer for care for any problems that she was having resulting in three hospitalizations the 3rd resulted in her death."

"I never would have thought I would need HH services but I had a knee replacement and needed physical therapy. We chose Gentiva of Athens. I Have to say that I was so surprised. From the first phone call, everyone was so nice and respectful. They took over and did everything for me to get it set up. The physical Therapist that admitted me was very knowledgeable and worked with me. The therapist that took over after I was admitted was also very knowledgeable. He always called and was on time. all were very respectful to me, my wife and my home. I did great with my therapy because they really knew what they were doing. I would recommend this agency to anyone and I would use them again if needed. "
