My dad and I went to Traditions of Preston. My father thought everybody was friendly. It was very open and very welcoming. The facility was clean and well-decorated. Everybody was kind and very open to conversation. When we walked out, Dad said that if he were widowed at this time, he would move in there right away. But because he was married he obviously, would stay with his wife as long as he could. The staff was very welcoming, very open, and very patient with my dad with the questions that he had. My father can be very chatty and she was very, very comfortable talking with him. He liked her a lot. I think that's probably the primary reason that he felt comfortable there, because the director of the place spent so much time with him, and was willing to answer all the questions that he had.

I like the simple floor plan of Traditions of Preston. It was easy to get from the room down to the dining room. It's just a straight shot. It was all on one level. They have a dining room, but it can also be used as a community room. They serve all the meals there, or they can take them back to their room, but they serve as a community down in the big room. Then they bring in entertainment and have laundry and all that stuff right there. The staff was very good. They seemed very calm, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. So, I like them. It was very clean.

Traditions of Preston Staff are Amazing! Caregivers have a heart of gold. Activities they do with the Residents are above and beyond! My Great Aunt lived out her fullest life here to 101 and now my 102 year old Grandmother is living here. We couldn’t have picked a better place for these lovely ladies to be cared for! Kudos to JoDee and her caring staff! We love you all! Thank you for your kind hearts

My father chose Traditions of Preston. The room was freshly painted and carpeted and very spacious. He likes the food. All of the staff was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and nice. It seemed well maintained. Those were the main reasons why we chose it. His room is clean. The dining area is open, bright, well-appointed, and easy to get to. His room is right next door and he likes that. They have two outdoor spaces; one is a gazebo-type area and the other one is a porch out a side door. It has nice pictures on the walls. It has hand railings to assist the residents, and the carpet is nice. It's a cheery place. My dad is very excited about the activities. They have bingo and a lot of different things every day. He's very happy.
