My mom has been in Webster Manor for a month and things have been going along OK, so I do not have any complaints at this point. They have nurses and nurses’ aides on the floor, and they seem to take care of the residents. There seem to be a lot of other loved ones that come and visit their family members, and the staff is very friendly and answers any questions that we have. I don’t really have any complaints other than the fact it is an old building, and I'd like it all to be nice and new, but it isn’t. It’s clean, there aren’t any odors, and they take care of the clients.

My grandfather is in Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center for rehab. It's not my favorite place. They have not been helpful with updating us on his condition, what he'd improved on. There are a few good people there, but a lot of them just aren't helpful. It's a decent area, it's not amazing, it has some things to do nearby, you could have some nice places that you could go sit outside. He complains about the food a lot, he said it's bad, he eats mashed potato with ketchup almost every meal. I don't think that's appetizing, or nutritious. They have ice cream socials.

My mom went here to be close to home during the covid outbreak twice for rehab. Staff was okay but hard to reach and everyone is treated as they have covid upon entry, put into isolation for 2 weeks in a closed room with practically no interaction with anyone. 2nd stay same situation, needed rehab from hospital stay and placed in isolation with next to never getting out of bed. Hard to connect on phone because "out of earshot" in isolation area. When they finally sent her home her feet were blown up to a point she couldn't walk hardly and stated they did all they could with her. By then there was a man across the hall with Covid and mom is back in hospital with Covid. FYI..my mom was a 100% independent lady with large property and after all this she was a total of 5 weeks in bed due to covid and no pt care she is almost 100% unable to walk. Large part of it is Covid but more should have been done for her, she was released at our insistence because she was only getting worse there. DO NOT send anyone you care about into rehab with Covid, they will not come out better but worse and that's a shame!!!

It is run like a jail. Short stay clients are lead to believe they are well taken care of and the food is home cooked meals. Any visitors are locked in and are not given access to the code to get out. We have many pictures and video of no-one at desk to let you out. You are stuck there until you find someone a good portion of the time. I speak more of the night shift. Even to let you back into the facility at night we had to buzz three times before someone let us in. There is a number on the door to call which we did and no-one answered.

People there are pleasant. They do get to know their patients. However I'm very disappointed in the progress or effort that goes into rehabilitation. My relative has gone backwards since the day they entered the facility. They either need more rehab workers or ones that truly care about what they are doing and not just collecting a check. Just because someone is older doesn't mean they cant improve. Facilities listed as poor because they could use modern rehab equipment
