Sancta Maria Adult Day Health Program

"Windsor House operates 3 adult day health programs, 2 in Cambridge and one in SOmerville. The Sancta Maria's Windor House is an exciting and diverse ADH program with a range of language capabilities. At our Somerville program they provide 3 levels of care, social day care, basic adult day health care, complex adult day health care. Levels of care are determined by the needs of the participant. Included in the basic and complex levels of care is nursing, monitoring and intervention. All levels include social services, theraputic activities, socialization, nutrition services and respite for caregivers. The center offers podiatry services, hairdressing services and physical and occupational therapy services. The center is also alarmed and can safely contain participants from wandering. If a long day is needed Santa Maria's Windsor House program offers an afternoon respite program from 2:30-5 M-F, for caregivers in the Cambridge site. The Cambridge program also offers showers through the Medford VNA. Transportation can be provided from most locations at an additional cost.
