My mother was going to Crescent Ridge Adult Day Care at one time before her dementia got bad. I saw it maybe two years ago. It's a very active facility. They had a little dog staying there, and they had crafts. They used to pick her up in the morning and bring her back home in the evening. It was real good. The food was fine. They were talking, reading the newspaper, playing games, dancing, and playing music. They kept them active.

Everything at Crescent Ridge Adult Day Care looked great. They showed us the dining room and where the activities were held. I met the director who explained how everything would work, like the transportation. The place was clean and modern. They had field trips, arts and crafts, card games, and board games.

My brother-in-law went to Crescent Ridge. The staff was very good. Everything was good at Crescent Ridge, and the only reason I pulled him from there was that they didn't have transportation to come to my area to pick him up in the morning and to bring him back in the evening. That's the only reason I really took him away from there. The rooms were clean and neat. The bathroom and the dining area were clean and neat. Food was good, but it was catered. It was almost like a Meals-on-Wheel type food that they brought in, but they did the breakfast there themselves. The lunch and the dinner were brought in. With regards to activities, they had dance, music, TV, exercise, and they would go on little trips. As for the management, they did everything very well. There was no problem with scheduling or billing. Everything was good.
