I was worked w/them through an agency. Over all the care is wonderful , inter-generation environment , they have different activities & recreation for the patients. How ever they had visitors in the NEW building on Windsor blvd , & they knew they was coming and they would be strapped for help , they called the agency & said they had an available shift open for Tuesday & Thursday 9-4:30 , iWent there & Lynette told me she had visitors and that they would be leaving at 12pm. I was working my but off until irealized the visitors was gone & Lynette came over to me and told that I can go home & when I looked at the time & it was only 12:30pm , so they used the agency to cover up the fact that they don't have enough help for all of those people , & used me just for 3.5 hours when they told the agency it was a minimum of 4 hours at least. So from what I've seen they are strapped for help and do a lot of covering up . the care is great but the way the handle business is not appropriate

Easter Seals is a brand new facility. It's an inter-generational center and It is really nice and wonderful. They had a place in there where they could do the people's hair, where they could get people showers. They have a big screened in porch that people could go out all the time. They had gardens in the back that they can go into. They had PTs , OTs, speech therapists and health nurses. They had transportation but it's a bit far away out here and it's a difficult trek for my husband with the traffic situation.
