Overall, I really like the place. You have a few that are rude that work there but that's usually at any place you go to now. But the majority seems to really care and take care of things right away. I've notice that they've gotten a lot better with the odor. I understand by it being a nursing/retirement home that it will tend to have odors because some can't bring themselves to the restroom/bathroom but it could still be under control where the odor isn't as strong. But lately I haven't had that problem. They also do a lot of activites with the residents such as family night, game night etc..and that warms my heart to know that they're not just being looked after like a child but interacted with like people. But my relative has never complained or had any serious issues and I would recommend this place to others that may want to place a loved one in 24 hour care sure as this establishment.
