i am in the process of moving my loved one in there today. my husband was with me. we accidently used the side door to move in and out of easier. we were yelled by a staff member and she was very mean to us. all the sign said was keep closed at all times. wie thought we could use it for moving in and out easier. I hope the staff member will not ever yell at my loved one when we get her all moved

I am currently living at Emerson Point, and the food is horrible. Everybody hates the food, but other than that, it is a pretty decent place. The staff are fine. We have small apartments, and they are nice with a full kitchen which I appreciate since I cook a lot on my own.

both my mother and my late aunt, her sister were residents of Emerson Point . I cannot say enough about the caring and attentive nature of both staff and administration. it is my firm belief Renee, my mother's nurse saved her life in the fall of 2013 with her swift action. The facility is clean and very comfortable. A special shout-out to the aides who remain patient and caring. Thank you allowing me to feel at ease having my mother under your care. Kudos!!!

This is a top notch facility and probably one of the best for the type of care delivered. The kindness, caring and understanding of each individual resident is not often found in other assisted living facilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work with each individual family member in the care of their loved one is truly quite amazing.
