I am so appreciative of the friendly, caring thoughtfulness of the staff with my 91 year old dad. Every single member of the staff has treated him with respect and love as if he was their dad or grandfather. The patience and dedication the Pt and Ot have with their patients is outstanding. They listen to their patients and the families concern on how to make their stay comfortable and in my dad’s case to get him physically dependent again. Thank you Vista Staff for taking such great care of my dad and rehabbing him to become independent again so he can go back home.

I’ve visited this place the staff were extremely rude. They allowed a close Family friend fall over 10 times. This is definitely not a place you would want your loved one.

I'm in Iowa Masonic Health Facilities. The food is good, and they take good care of me. They have a nursing staff. They have lots of nice activities like bingo, crafts, and movies. I'm in skilled nursing, and my room is very nice and they keep it very clean. The staff is very helpful. The atmosphere is friendly.

My father was a resident of Ann's Place for memory care for 2 years. My mother was a resident of the long term care facility for 5 years. Both passed away while at the facility. During those 5 years, they received excellent care from everyone at Iowa Masonic. The nurses, the CNAs, the dietary and laundry workers, and the activities organizer were caring, compassionate, and attentive to my parents' needs. Residents, their rooms, and the facility in general were always kept clean and tidy. In addition, Iowa Masonic's communication with me and other family members was appropriate and professional.

I was very impressed with Masonic Village. It had a garage and the living quarters was about as big as a house and had sunny rooms. They had a medical facility there, too. You can cook at home or you can go and pay for meals in the dining area. The laundry room had a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen had a refrigerator and everything. There was lots of closet space.
