My aunt is in Meadows Manor Convalescent & Rehab Center. They have great care there. I have no complaints whatsoever, they're very good to her, and they're attentive to her physical needs. The room is very clean and comfortable, they serve very good meals, there are good portions, and they have a variety of choices. They play bingo, they talk about daily events, they have games, people come in and sing, and they do activities and crafts. The facility is kept clean, maintenance is kept up, and when we have suggestions, they're always met. We are pleased.

I was familiar with Meadows Manor from other people that I knew and they're about less than five minutes away from my house. Meals and transportation to appointments are included and they have activities. Mom is on a pureed diet and they have a dietitian that can handle that. The staff is very good, very caring, and attentive, and mom looks good. They have to help her with dressing and everything. The facility is not real updated, new, or gorgeous, but it's functional and clean. The pricing is very good. They're more reasonable than another place I checked, which offered similar services.

Before my father passed away, he was at Meadows Manor East. We were able to get him a private room there. The building is 1950s vintage so it tends to be dark and small. The facility leaves something to be desired but the care at that time was very nice. Care was actually very good. The caregivers were very good as well. What stands out for us with this facility was the quality of care, the nurses and the aides. They were nice, very caring, and very upbeat. They seemed to do a very nice job with that. I was in there at odd hours and I never saw anything that didn't seem right.
